case study: new construction- anderson merchandisers, texas
Anderson Merchandisers was adding on 128,000 square feet of additional distribution space to their existing facility in Denton, Texas. They ask SES to come in and design two lighting systems – one using traditional metal halide technology and the other using T5 fluorescent technology. This was Anderson’s first look into this technology and required much back up documentation along with site visits and performance guarantees from SES before they would pull the trigger on the new technology. The results were tremendous. The light level and quality that was achieved was far superior to what they were currently experiencing in their existing facility. Since this project, all lighting projects for Anderson across the country have used T5 fluorescent technology.
